NOTICE
It has came to the notice of the MCC/DGHS/MoHFW that most of the
participating colleges/institutes/universities are charging full annual fee at
the time of admission and reluctant to reimburse the submitted fees to the
candidate in case the candidate is upgraded to any other
institution/college/university during any round.
In this context it is advised to deduct only processing fees/Transaction
charges and refund back the rest amount in case the candidate is upgraded
and getting relieved for any round seat.
